Efficient solutions for applications in tube manufacturing

One of our key focuses at Euroblech is our range of highly efficient laser welding systems, which enable the extremely flexible, continuous production of high-quality tubes in a wide variety of wall thicknesses and diameters. Together with our subsidiary Novatec, we offer turnkey solutions from a single source: from roll forming, laser welding and laser cutting of sheet metal right through to final tube finishing.

Whether ventilation tubes, calibrated tubes for pumps, chimney tubes, bulk materialtubes or T-pieces… with our machines, you can manufacture a wide variety of tubes – to a high standard, with optimum profitability, using tried-and-tested, robust processes.

Automated container manufacturing

The efficient manufacture of high-quality containers made from stainless steel and mild steel is a key factor in the energy and heat management sector. Here, our fully automated systems for roll forming and laser welding of longitudinal and circumferential seams, featuring sophisticated clamping technology, offer proven flexibility and quality, as well as innovative, bespoke solutions across the entire shell-and-bottom manufacturing process.

Our systems are well ahead of the competition, whether for the manufacture of high-quality (pressure) vessels such as stainless steel boilers with heat exchangers or water storage tanks made from stainless steel or mild steel. For example, the Variostar enables tubes with sheet thicknesses of up to 3.5 mm to be produced highly efficiently in a continuous process for the first time.

Laser welding of battery cooling plates 
Our innovative manufacturing solution for the cost-effective laser welding of stainless steel or aluminium cooling plates is characterised by high processing speed, reliability and low costs. This enables you to produce large quantities efficiently. 

Laser welding of battery cell housings
Our manufacturing process for laser welding stainless steel and aluminium cell housings is characterised by the fact that the equipment can be converted to other formats with minimal time and cost. This ensures flexibility even at high production volumes.

Economical cell contacting of battery modules
Contacting of battery cells using our Laser Welding Cell is characterised by high reliability and low costs per cell. The system enables process-parallel loading and unloading as well as a high degree of flexibility for geometric contour changes thanks to its innovative scanner optics with vision system.

Turnkey line for laser welding of metallic bipolar plates
Our welding module for the production of bipolar plates for fuel cells and electrolyzers reliably achieves very high absolute welding speeds of 1m/sec with a large usable working area, which enables annual production of several million units. The static structure between optics and clamping technology guarantees the highest accuracy and reproducibility.

High-precision automatic stamping machines

Precision, efficiency and flexibility are key challenges in stamping technology too. System solutions from our subsidiary Schaal Technology ensure flexible, streamlined and therefore cost-effective production. At Euroblech, the Schaal Technology team will be showcasing its versatile systems for forming and stamping all materials, from paper to spring steel. The main areas of application are the e-mobility, electrical engineering and medical technology markets.

The Fin-Adjuster, newly developed by Schaal Technology for applications in the field of thermal management, enables a continuous, fully automated stamping process with exceptional product quality – without the need for operator-dependent adjustments. This ensures consistent precision when stamping cooling fins for power coolers, even at high production rates.
